Calabasas Pumpkin Festival

It’s that time of year again when we reach for our sweaters, begin to see the changing colors of fall, prepare for the holiday season and indulge in everything pumpkin! One of our favorite family-friendly experiences that always proves to be photo-worthy is the Calabasas Pumpkin Festival.

The Festival is such an incredible opportunity to take pride in our city, perhaps because the name Calabasas comes from the Spanish word “Calabaza” meaning pumpkin or maybe it’s because we just know how to celebrate the season right!

From professional pumpkin carving to inflatables and rides to a car show, there’s bound to be something for everyone to enjoy. A Tiny Tot Parade kicks off the weekend festivities, followed by performances by local musicians and pumpkin pie and mummy wrapping contests!

There are also plenty of ways to get involved as a volunteer, food vendor or sponsor to support the City of Calabasas and connect with your community.
