New Organic Restaurant and Coffee Shop Rides into Calabasas
Everyone’s been wondering when Pedaler’s Fork will be opening its doors in Calabasas. It will have a fresh, organic menu and all entrees will be gluten free. All of the beef will come from cattle that are grass fed and free range. They will also be very kid-friendly, offering home-made baby and toddler food. And additionally, there will be a 1300 bottle wine cellar with 36 beers on tap. This sounds like a very welcome addition to Old Town Calabasas. Pedaler’s Fork will also have a coffee café and a boutique bike shop. The coffee shop will open at 6 a.m. and the restaurant/bike shop will open at 7 a.m. Best guess is that there will be a lot people lining up for this one so be prepared.
Owners, Tim Rettele, and partner Robbie Schaeffer said they wanted to open up a destination where the active-set can stop to enjoy wholesome, comfort food and great views. They chose Calabasas for it’s proximity to the Santa Monica mountains and it’s extensive hiking trails and bike paths.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
