Why People Want To Live Here
One of the most popular aspects of Hidden Hills is its classification as its own municipality. This gated community is ranked as one of the most affluent cities in the United States. Offering large, custom homes on horse-trail-adjacent lots, every day you’ll see residents riding their horses through the exclusive Hidden Hills trails. The community’s HOA is run by a handful of volunteers who are most concerned with preserving the Hidden Hills lifestyle as it was originally envisioned: horse trails, back-country, and a general rough-around-the-edges charm.

    Things To Do
The city has its own community center with a pool, fitness center, playground and professional theater. Hidden Hills residents get together each year for the Valentine’s Day Charity Musicale which showcases the talents of the residents while raising money for charities near and dear. Also known for the Fiesta, a parade and day long party, Hidden Hills has a plethora of community events designed to bring the neighbors together.

    Restaurants
Hidden Hills is right across the street from Calabasas and adjacent to Woodland Hills so there are many entertainment options available to residents.
    Schools
Hidden Hills residents are part of the Las Virgenes School District which means their children can attend the Calabasas schools. There are many private schools in the area to choose from as well including Viewpoint, Sierra Canyon, Chaminade Preparatory and Oaks Christian.
